Welcome to the Remote Support Page for Computer Troubleshooters! Our remote control tools allow us to remotely control your computer, however, upon completion of this session, we no longer have access to your computer. We can only do this if YOU - the end user, initiates the call. Our Technicians will provide you with a 6 digit code to create the unique session between your computer and the technician's computer.
Backup Process:
To receive Remote Support from your local Computer Troubleshooter:
1. Click the province below

2. you will be prompted to open or run the file - go ahead and select open/run.
3. find your city in the list.
4. phone the Computer Troubleshooter in your city.
5. when they are ready, they will tell you to go ahead and double click that city.
The Computer Troubleshooter has remote contol of your computer. We can only do this if YOU - the end user, initiates the call. After the remote session ends, the program is automatically uninstalled from your PC.
